The E/T LIGHT™ was developed in conjunction with Air Force Special Operations medics. Our device has been combat-proven in an actual mass casualty situation and is currently being used by all our military services. Beyond its military applications, there are several other uses for the E/T LIGHT™. Consider the following. In the event of an impending emergency, E/T Lights could be distributed to an un-evacuated population by Federal, State or Local governments. Alternatively, a public service announcement urging un-evacuated populations to purchase the product could be aired by authorities prior to a natural disaster or other mass threat (e.g. hurricane, tornado, flash flood, etc.). In such a scenario, the public could be instructed to tag children with a solid red selection, women with a solid green selection, and men with a solid blue selection prior to the disaster. Once the disaster has passed, survivors could activate the E/T LIGHT™ with a simple click to indicate their position and age/gender via the blinking indicator. Amazingly, this turns darkness into a first responder’s friend. Thanks to the The E/T LIGHT™ rescue personnel may work at night, identifying the position of groups of survivors, the makeup of each group, and the general condition of victims. First responders may use this information to plan first-light rescue operations.
