Overview
Dates: The Great Lakes Region In-Person Meeting is scheduled for a full day on Tuesday, Sept. 15 (8am–5pm) and a half day on Wednesday, Sept. 25 (concluding at 12pm).
Evening Events: For those arriving in time on Monday, a group dinner is planned. An evening of shuffleboard is planned for Tuesday.

Arrival & Departure Windows: Please plan flights to arrive at LAN the evening of September 14th, and departures no earlier than 2pm on the 15th.
Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott – Lansing Downtown | 600 East Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI
Room Block: Rate is $98 per night and closes Aug. 31st

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelation is allowed up to two weeks prior to our meeting with a full refund. No refunds if cancelation is two weeks or less from the meeting date.
