Join state EMS colleagues from across the South Region for two days of collaboration, peer exchange, and shared learning.
The meeting will feature state updates, NASEMSO project discussions, Council activities, and opportunities to work together
on regional priorities and issues affecting state EMS systems.

Airport & Ground Transportation
Plan your arrival through Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
and arrange transportation to your hotel and meeting venue. Allow additional travel time for Atlanta-area traffic.
Parking & Venue Access
Paid parking is available in the adjacent parking deck at 130 Shepperton Way.
Third-floor access connects to the venue. The main entrance is located on the outdoor plaza level.
Meeting-specific room and parking instructions will be provided separately.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelation is allowed up to two weeks prior to our meeting with a full refund. No refunds if cancelation is two weeks or less from the meeting date.
