- Leading data-driven projects and supporting EMS stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Collaborating with leadership to define project scope and meet program and grant deliverables.
- Representing the NEMSIS Technical Assistance Center in meetings, trainings, and conferences.
- Driving process improvements and fostering a solution-oriented team culture.
